Buyer                          means a person or business entity who has registered himself / herself by opening a User account with the Website

 

Merchant                     Means a business entity who is offering the deals (Discount Coupons for their Goods and Services) to Buyer through Website

 

1.2           By visiting the Website or by opening an Account or submitting information, or using any of our services, User acknowledges and accepts the practices and policies outlined in this privacy policy. If          User does not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, then the User must not use or access the Website.

 

1.3           Drinkon reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, add, or change this privacy policy at any time with or without prior notice. Please check this page frequently and regularly for any changes.

 

A user’s continuous usage of the Website after any change to this Privacy Policy will mean that the user has accepted that change.

 

1.4           Drinkon may use third parties (Pay Pal, Banks etc) to provide certain services accessible through the Website. User agrees that Drinkon shall not be liable to User in any way for the use of such services. These third parties have their own Privacy Policy and Terms of use. User must comply with such terms and Policies as well as these Terms at the time of using such services.

 

1.5           Website services are available only to Users above the age of eighteen (18) years.  Drinkon do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of eighteen years.

 

 

2.              COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

2.1           Users of this website may provide certain personal information, for example company Name, visitor’s name, address, email address, telephone number, etc, which otherwise is not publicly available.

 

Drinkon asks you to provide the above mentioned personal data when the User registers himself/herself as a Buyer or Merchant by filling the relevant Sign-Up form or when a user fills any other form on the Website.

 

2.2           By opening an account and filling up the different forms User gives his / her consent to Drinkon for collecting and storing his personal data.  This information is stored in our databases.

 

2.3           In order to process the payment Drinkon asks a Buyer / Merchant to provide certain sensitive data in the form of financial information like Bank Account details, credit card numbers, pay pal account information etc in addition to the personal information mentioned in clause 2.1

 

2.4           After a transaction, the sensitive Data (credit cards, financials, etc.) of the Buyer shall not be stored by Drinkon.  This information shall be used only for the purposes of processing the online payments made by Buyer towards the purchase of Discount Coupons.

 

2.5           Drinkon shall be storing the sensitive data (financial information) of the Merchant, with the consent of the Merchant, only in order to make the payments for the Discount Coupons sold on behalf of the Merchants.

 

 

2.6           INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

Drinkon automatically receives and records (on its server logs) information from User browsers including IP address, cookie information, the page requested, and the media consumed (e.g., viewed, played, downloaded, uploaded, and shared)

 

 

3.              CHOICE OF USER

 

3.1           User can always opt not to disclose Information to Drinkon. However, in order to avail the services of Drinkon User will have to provide certain information by opening an Account with the Drinkon. If a particular User is unwilling to provide Information, then that User shall not be able to avail the services offered through Website.

 

3.2           A Buyer / Merchant can access his/her account data at any time through unique login-id and password.  After logging to the account the Buyer / Merchant can alter or modify the stored account information as well as the password.

 

3.3           Each account holder (Buyer/ Merchant) has the option to delete his/her account at any time. Some information may remain in the records of Drinkon even after the deletion of the Account. In case any Buyer / Merchant want to delete his complete personal information then he will be required to give Drinkon a written request for deleting the information. Drinkon will delete the information so requested immediately from its database and servers.

 

3.4           An account holder (Buyer / Merchant) will have the choice to opt-out of receiving e-mail notices or solicitations from Drinkon or our affiliates by responding to a link included in each e-mail notice or solicitation.

 

 

4.              PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND USAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

 

4.1           Any personal data / information collected from User may be used for the following purposes

           

i)               To provide User with the services the user has requested.

 

ii)              To personalize the User experience by customizing the content.

 

iii)             Improve the services which Drinkon offers to Users.

 

iv)            To process the transactions.

 

v)             To keep contact and communicate with User, with prior permission of User, regarding the updates to Website and/or other promotional or marketing information or to provide information about a specific program.

 

vi)            Responding to User’s requests for certain products or services.

 

 

4.2           The sensitive personal data shall only be used to provide the services User has requested.

 

4.3           Buyer agrees that Drinkon may use Buyer’s Email address or other personally identifiable information to provide promotional or marketing information, or to provide information about a specific program offered on the website and/or any website operated by Drinkon and/or by affiliates of Drinkon.

 

4.4           Drinkon may use automatically collected information and cookies information to:

 

i)               Remember User information so that the User will not have to re-enter it during the visit or the next time User visits the Drinkon Websites.

ii)              Process the Items in a User’s Shopping Cart.

iii)             Provide custom, personalized advertisements, content, and information;

iv)            Monitor and compile aggregate usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed.

5.3           Drinkonprovide Buyer’s information to the Merchant providing the Discount Coupons. For the avoidance of doubt, when a Buyer purchases a particular Merchant’s Voucher then that Business shall receive Buyer name unless a Buyer opts-out of disclosing this information.

 

5.4           Drinkon will disclose your personal information only when it is required by law and absolutely necessary for compliance of a legal obligation.

 

  

6.              SECURITY PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES

 

6.1           Drinkon has implemented comprehensive document information security program and information security policies to keep your data secure and protect it from any unauthorized access.

 

However, Drinkon cannot guarantee or ensure the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use by third parties, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time, including User’s Information.

 

 

7.              DUTIES OF ACCOUNT HOLDER

 

7.1           Information in Buyer or Merchant accounts is protected by a password for the privacy and security of personal data of Buyer / Merchant.

 

7.2           Buyer / Merchant must ensure to keep the password of his / her account safe and protected at all the times and prevent unauthorized access of the account and information.

 

7.3           In case of a likely disclosure of this password to any third person the Account Holder (Buyer / Merchant) shall be responsible for all actions that might be taken in the name of that account.  Therefore the account holder must immediately change the password in order to protect it from any unauthorized access.
